We are planning to do a Tract Blitz later this week. Bezeugen Tract Club was very kind to send us some “Hoppy Easter” Tracts that we have been using to share the Gospel this season. The blitz will be door-to-door style, where we place a tract on the door of each home. This is an effort to share the true meaning of Easter with a lost and dying world.
Sarah Evangeline Muniak is getting bigger and more active. At the last ultrasound, we were told that she is 2lbs. 15 oz. The doctors have given her a clear bill of health… meaning God knows what He is doing! Praise the Lord! Elaine and I are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our bundle of joy. Thank you everyone for keeping Sarah in your prayers.
In May, I will be a part of the RuthGirls Women’s Conference in Euclid, Ohio. Why am I, a man, getting involved with a women’s conference? There is going to be a Q&A session where the women get to ask a panel of men tough questions that would otherwise go unasked. I will be the moderator for the session. This is the first RuthGirls conference and is shaping up to be an entertaining and biblical event.
With Easter fast approaching, I wanted to take a moment to share the Gospel. I know, big surprise, right? You have our permission to use this Gospel message when witnessing to others during the Easter season. We hope that a seed would be planted for God’s glory. God bless.
Are you a Good Egg or a Bad Egg? Many people put eggs inside of baskets for Easter. What would happen if there was a rotten egg in the basket? It would be thrown away. Some people compare people to eggs… nice person=good egg and mean person=bad egg. Which would you be considered? Have you ever lied? Ever stolen something? Disobeyed your parents? You probably answered yes to those questions, making you a lying thief… and a bad egg. The Bible says that you deserve to be thrown away (into an eternal lake of fire!)
God loves you though and does not want that to happen. He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to take your place and pay the fine for the wrong things you’ve done. Jesus lived a sinless life (He was a Good Egg), but was hung on a cross and died to pay the penalty for your sins. He rose from the dead three days later, defeating death and Hell. Jesus now offers you the chance to be a Good Egg. Repent (Turn from doing wrong) and entrust your life to Jesus and He will make you a new creation (a Good Egg.) Then read your Bible daily and obey what it says. God bless you and have a Happy Easter!
